VEST V2

Introducing the VEST V2, our latest ATEX LED floodlight model featuring external explosion proof construction with a unique design structure that ensures strong impact resistance and excellent sealing performance. This lighting fixture is ideal for use in various hazardous areas including refineries, fuel depots, marine vessels, chemical and food processing plants, wineries, and other high-humidity, high-temperature, and dusty environments.

The VEST V2 is constructed with separate light source and driver spaces to optimize safety and reliability and enhancing 3D heat dissipation for extended lifespan. It incorporates 10mm tempered glass for durability, high light transmittance, and strong impact resistance (resisting 4 Joule impact). All lamp connectors are made of SUS 304 material for superior corrosion resistance (anti-corrosion grade CS) and are coated with outdoor powder paint for high corrosion resistance in harsh outdoor environments ensuring reliable performance in accordance with its ATEX classification: II 2G Ex db IIC T5 Gb / II 2D Ex tb IIIC T(100ºC) Db. The surface is treated with high-voltage electrostatic spraying to prevent static electricity, arcing, and electric sparks.
