LANDSCAPE LIGHTING AND STREET LIGHTING PROJECT IN TRILLO

To mark July 6, World Rural Development Day, ROBLAN is presenting a project that reflects its commitment to energy efficiency, sustainability, and improving the quality of life in rural communities.
The project carried out in Trillo (Guadalajara) combines street lighting and landscape lighting to highlight both the urban environment and one of the municipality’s most iconic natural areas, demonstrating how lighting can serve as a tool for transformation in small towns.
Project Description
The project was carried out in two strategic areas of Trillo, addressing different needs but with a common goal: to improve safety, energy efficiency, and the integration of lighting with the surrounding environment.
On the town’s main street, the street lighting has been upgraded with the installation of STRELA fixtures, providing uniform, efficient, and comfortable lighting that significantly improves visibility for both pedestrians and vehicles. The project has transformed Trillo’s nighttime landscape, allowing residents and visitors to enjoy safer and more pleasant streets and paths.
The second installation took place at El Chorrerón, the spectacular waterfall formed by the Cifuentes River as it flows through the municipality. To highlight this natural setting, 14 MHLF V2 HIGH projectors were installed and carefully positioned to emphasize the power of the water, the texture of the rock, and the vegetation, while at all times respecting the essence of the landscape and avoiding excessive visual impact.
Beyond the aesthetic result, the project represents a significant improvement in terms of energy efficiency. The LED technology used reduces electricity consumption and maintenance costs, while minimizing light pollution thanks to precise light distribution.
Furthermore, the project was designed with the natural environment in mind. The lighting fixtures used are designed to minimize the impact on flora and fauna, respecting natural cycles and contributing to more responsible and sustainable lighting.
