Industrial Lighting Project for HIDROMEK: Innovation and Efficiency in Every Detail
At Roblan, we are excited to share one of our most recent industrial lighting projects, completed for the company HIDROMEK. This ambitious project was made possible thanks to our collaboration with installer Damián Ortiz and distributor ABC Gavà, who played key roles in ensuring the success of this installation.
Project Details
The installation at HIDROMEK involved a complete overhaul of the industrial lighting system. The main objective was to replace the old metal halide fixtures and floodlights with state-of-the-art LED fixtures, one by one. This change was intended not only to improve energy efficiency but also to provide higher-quality, longer-lasting lighting.
Key Features of the Project:

Replacement of Metal Halide Lights with LED Technology: All metal halide lights were replaced with more efficient LED fixtures, resulting in a significant reduction in energy consumption and improved lighting in terms of brightness and uniformity. 2. Installation of Spotlights on Signs: Specific spotlights were installed on the facility’s signs, using the MHLF80B model, which ensures clear and prominent visibility, even in low-light conditions. 3. Fixtures on the Sides of the Industrial Building: VIASOL40F fixtures were installed along the sides of the industrial building; these are designed to provide uniform and powerful lighting over large areas, improving safety and operational efficiency in these spaces. 4. Products Used:
- ASTROFDLF2200F: High-efficiency LED light fixtures, ideal for large industrial spaces.
- MHLF150F and MHLX100FA: LED projectors that provide powerful and efficient lighting.
- VIASOL40F: Outdoor luminaires that provide wide and uniform illumination.
- MHLF80B: Projectors used to illuminate signs.
