We are pleased to present our latest project, developed by our sales representative Dario, which stands out for its complexity and precision. The project involves the lighting for a fire department warehouse in Madrid, a logistics complex that required a comprehensive and efficient lighting solution. For this project, we used a variety of high-quality products that ensure optimal lighting both inside and outside the building. These include ALLIN, ASTROFDLF3100F, ICEIP44FRW18F, LEDPANELRIP6518FB, LPT, MHLXV2, and SKYJX. Each of these elements was carefully selected to meet the space’s requirements, providing perfect lighting in every area. The building has a total floor area of 3,297m². It consists of a warehouse and a two-story annex. The annex will house the operations for receiving and distributing equipment, uniforms, and supplies according to the demands and needs of the municipal fire departments. Roblan I lit up all the indoor areas, including offices, the warehouse, hallways, and restrooms, and I also lit up the exterior, including the parking lot and the entire perimeter. The project recommended the installation of DALI (Digital Addressable Lighting Interface)-controlled lighting fixtures in hallways and offices. This has been crucial for improving energy efficiency and environmental comfort. In the hallways, DALI lighting allows the light intensity to be adjusted based on occupancy and the time of day, optimizing energy consumption and ensuring adequate light levels for safety. In offices, this technology offers the flexibility to customize lighting according to the needs of each work area, which not only contributes to employee well-being and productivity but also saves on operating costs by reducing energy consumption and extending the service life of lighting equipment. The combination of these advanced technologies has enabled us to equip the complex with an incredible level of professionalism, ensuring the visibility and safety necessary for daily operations. At Roblan, efficiency and quality are guaranteed, and this project is a clear example of our commitment to excellence. The lighting at the fire station warehouse in Madrid not only meets the highest technical standards but also enhances the functionality and aesthetics of the space. ROBLAN carried out the lighting project for the Villa de Vallecas Fire Department’s logistics center in collaboration with ESSAN, part of the AÚNA Group, and the installation company FERMALUX. Thanks to our team’s dedication and meticulous planning and execution, we have successfully transformed this logistics complex into an efficiently and safely lit environment, reaffirming our leadership in the lighting sector.
